Jessica M. Plocher, CRNP has several decades of experience working in the mental health space. Experiences include working as a mental health resource specialist at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) 2003-2008, working at The Johns Hopkins Hospital for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in both clinical and supervisor roles, and serving as an Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania. She additionally maintains a private practice of Psychiatry at Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates, which offers both in-office and virtual Telehealth Psychiatric appointments.
Ms. Plocher provides medication management for Anxiety disorders (such as Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder, PTSD and Social Phobia), Mood Disorders (such as Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Affective Disorder (BPAD Types 1 and 2), Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), Postpartum Depression, Cyclothymia and Persistent Depressive Disorder, and Attention Deficit Disorders (such as Adult ADHD).
She has a special focus on treating College & Graduate Students, and individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. She is board certified to prescribe psychiatric medications.
Ms. Plocher offers in-office and virtual Telehealth Psychiatric appointments, at our office in Paoli, PA on the Main Line of Philadelphia. She can also provide Anxiety Treatment, Depression Treatment, Mood Disorder Treatment and ADHD Treatment and Medication Management to individuals throughout all of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Finally, Ms. Plocher serves as the Director of Staff Mentorship and Director of Onboarding at Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates – both involving significant teaching and mentorship roles.
Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates is a private practice of Psychiatry with locations in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, on The Main Line, Lehigh Valley, Manhattan (New York City), Delaware, Southern New Jersey and Delray Beach, Florida in Palm Beach County. Patients located in these areas can call our main scheduling line, to discuss providers licensed in their area, or working in-office at their local Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates’ location.
We are a fee-for-service psychiatric practice and do not accept insurance directly. However, many patients can receive reimbursement for the majority of our fees, by submitting to their insurance company.
