As a fellowship-trained hand and upper extremity surgeon, Dr. Battista specializes in hand and wrist trauma, shoulder replacement, elbow reconstruction and nerve injuries. He is also board certified in the subspecialty of orthopedic sports medicine. Dr. Battista joins Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster from Huntington, WV following a distinguished career in the United States Army. He enjoys training and competing in marathons, snowboarding and spending time with his wife and children.
