Brief Intro

Pulmonologist Timothy Obermiller, M.D., is a member of the Kalispell Regional Medical Center medical staff and practices with Rocky Mountain Heart and Lung. He joined the team at Rocky Mountain Heart and Lung in 1998, following two years in practice with Kalispell Diagnostic Service. He moved to Kalispell from Seattle, where he practiced in a private clinic for six years. Dr. Obermiller is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Internal Medicine, and holds more advanced certifications in pulmonary disease and in critical care medicine through the board of Internal Medicine. He earned his medical doctorate with honors from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, then completed both his internship and residency at the University of Colorado Associated Hospitals in Denver. He was awarded a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at his alma mater in Seattle. He earned academic and research honors as a student, and most recently was awarded a fellowship from the American College of Chest Physicians.
