Thomas Kenney, MD, established in private practice at Porter Adventist Hospital in 2004. Dr. Kenney is board certified in Internal Medicine, Oncology and Hematology. He has been in practice with Dr. Nadine Mikhaeel since 2008 as a partner in Cypress Hematology and Oncology. After graduating from Princeton University, Dr. Kenney returned to his home state to attend the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1998. He finished his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2001 and remained there to complete his fellowship in Hematology and Oncology in 2004. During his fellowship, Dr. Kenney was active in clinical trials research in non Hodgkin's lymphoma. He continues to advocate for clinical research trials through participation in the Colorado Cancer Research Program. Dr. Kenney is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology and the Rocky Mountain Oncology Society. He served as president of the Rocky Mountain Oncology Society from 2007 to 2008 and currently remains on the board of directors.
