Dr. Taksali is an orthopedic trauma surgeon and the Medical Director of Orthopedics at Salem Health. He is known for compassionate leadership and expertise in improving patient care while managing costs. He holds dual degrees in Biology and Economics from Stanford University and earned his M.D. from Rush Medical College, completed his orthopedic residency at Yale, and orthopedic trauma fellowship at UT Southwestern. Dr. Taksali currently serves on the Oregon Medical Board and is passionate about advancing health equity, diversity, and inclusion in medicine.
