Dr. Jenkins studied for his undergraduate as well as for his medical degree at Creighton University, Omaha Nebraska graduating in 1983. He finished his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Wisconsin in 1986. Dr. Jenkins then completed his fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center and Hines Veterans Administration Hospital, Chicago, Illinois in 1988. He is currently a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology, and a member of the Colorado Medical Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endosopy and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Jenkins has been with the Centers for Gastroenterology since 1994.
