Brief Intro

Dr. Lindsey received her medical degree at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and at the University of Virginia, where she also completed her fellowship in pediatric cardiology. Dr. Lindsey is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. She is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Academy of Pediatrics and its Section on Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery. Her clinical interests include the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease in the fetus and child, with particular focus on echocardiography and fetal echocardiography. As a former All-American in women’s lacrosse and National College Athletes Hall of Fame inductee, Dr. Lindsey has a special interest in heart disease in athletes and athletic participation for children with congenital heart disease.
