A specialist in orthopedic surgery, James Gosey, Jr., M.D. graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1972 from Duke University. He earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in 1976 and performed an internship and residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the U.S. Public Health Service until 1981. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Gosey is a member of the St. Tammany Parish Medical Society, Louisiana State Medical Society, American Medical Association, Southern Medical Association, and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
