Dr. Hexmall grew up in Amarillo, Texas and attended Baylor University. He received his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and completed his urologic residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Hezmall is board certified by the American Board of Urology, and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a delegate to the Texas Medical Association and serves on the state board of TEXPAC and the local board of the Tarrant County Medical Society.
