Dr. Mangelsdorf joined Cary Dermatology in July 1999. Previously, she practiced dermatology in Raleigh for 3 years. Originally from Monterey, CA, Dr. Mangelsdorf attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, and went on to complete her dermatology residency at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. Her special dermatologic interests include surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Doctor Mangelsdorf is Board Certified in dermatology, and a member of various local and national medical societies including the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Society for Pediatric Dermatology, the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, the Botox Cosmetic Physicians Network, the North Carolina Medical Society, and the Wake County Medical Society. She and her husband make their home in Cary with their three children.
