Brief Intro

Dr. Chiaramonti was born and raised in the Detroit metropolitan area. He attended college at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. Dr. Chiaramonti completed his dermatology residency at Duke University Medical Center. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Chiaramonti is a member of various local and national medical societies including the International Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American Society of Cryosurgery, the North Carolina Dermatology Association, the American Medical Association, the North Carolina Medical Society and the Wake County Medical Society. He has been on the Clinical Teaching faculty of the dermatology departments of both the University of North Carolina Medical School and Duke University Medical School. Dr. Chiaramonti established the Cary Dermatology Center in 1980. He and his family reside in Cary.
