Dr. Orgel has been awarded multiple grants to conduct research on various aspects of Lymphoblastic Leukemia including the Hope on Wheels Hyundai Scholars Award in 2012. His research interests include cancer control, ototoxicity/otoprotective agents and strategies, bone health and metabolism, and effects of obesity and nutrition in cancer therapy.
