Chantel Holz, CNP, in Gastroenterology at Rapid City Hospital, received, with honors, both her bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from South Dakota State University. Chantel has more than 15 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. Ten of those years she has spent focused on gastroenterology with particular interest in hepatology. Chantel has built a strong rapport with our local health community and believes in using a patient-centered, individualized holistic approach while making a positive impact on the patient's health journey. A South Dakota native, Chantel relocated to the Black Hills in 2012 to be closer to family and friends. In her free time, she focuses her time on her husband and two children and loves being outdoors, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Black Hills.
