Andrew S. Middleton, DDS Dr. Middleton is a Columbia native who graduated from Delta State University in 1994 and from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 1998. He completed a two year residency program in Pediatric dentistry at UT Memphis with training at St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Dr. Middleton also served as Chief Resident. He holds active memberships in the Mississippi Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, previously serving as chair of the New Dentist Committee. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the Mississippi Dental Association, serving as President of the Mississippi Dental Association Alumni Association. Dr. Middleton lives in Hattiesburg with his wife, Whitney and his three children, Russ, Meg and Ramsey. They are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Hattiesburg.
