Dr. Dennis L. Granberry established his orthodontic practice in Hattiesburg in 1973. He completed his dental school training at the University of Tennessee at Memphis and earned his Master of Science in Orthodontics from Georgetown University. He has been board certified for over 20 years and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Granberry participates in the United Way, the American Heart Association (past president), Main Street United Methodist Church, Hattiesburg Racquet Club (past president), Area Development Partnership (past board member), Hattiesburg Civic Light Opera (board member), and Just Over the Rainbow Theater (board member). He has lectured at Georgetown University, the Southwestern Tweed Society and county and state professional organizations. He currently serves as teacher/lecturer at the dental hygienist program at Pearl River Community College.
A past president of the Forrest County Dental Association and the Mississippi Society of Orthodontics, and a former board member of the Southern Society of Orthodontics, Dr. Granberry is also active in the Mississippi Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontics, The World Federation of Orthodontics and the Southwestern Tweed Society.
Dr. Granberry enjoys tennis, hiking and big game hunting. An avid thespian, he dotes on his wife, Erin, and his two sons, Lee and Eric.
