Abdulraheem Qasem, MD, is an experienced, Board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist with the AdventHealth Cancer Institute Shawnee Mission. He treats all types of cancer and his clinical areas of interest include gastroenterological, breast and colorectal cancers.Dr. Qasem earned his medical degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology School of Medicine, and he completed his internal medicine residencies at King Hussein Cancer Center in Amman, Jordan, and at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He also completed a fellowship in medical oncology and hematology and a graduate certificate in clinical research at UMKC. He joined AdventHealth in 2017.
