Dr. William Dreiss is board-certified in family medicine and a fellowship-trained interventional pain medicine physician serving our Tyler location.
Dr. Dreiss earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Baylor University. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and then completed Family Medicine Residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Tyler.
Following residency, Dr. Dreiss remained in Tyler serving as a hospitalist and medical director at Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine & Joint Hospital. During his years of caring for patients undergoing spine and pain management procedures, he garnered a desire to provide a more hands on approach to helping others achieve a better quality of life not hampered by pain.
He subsequently completed fellowship training in interventional pain management and thoroughly enjoys providing care to those in Tyler and surrounding areas, where he and his family have called home since 2011.
The treatment you need, all in one place.
With back and neck pain so widespread, often those with symptoms end up making a pilgrimage to multiple locations: from a chiropractor’s office, to their family practice physician, and, finally, a referral to a spine specialist for an MRI and other diagnostics.
Because the experts at Precision Spine Care provide all the necessary diagnostic testing and treatment services in one place, we eliminate the need for multiple referrals, delayed care, and overall confusion.
