Tracy Amerson-Rivers is a passionate Nurse Practitioner that is all about partnering with patients and empowering them in their health care experiences. She particularly enjoys creating individualized health care plans that are specific to each patient's unique needs. This passion led to the opening of Infinity Medical Group, which was founded on the premise that healthcare should be affordable and accessible to everyone anywhere in the world on their terms. Today, we’re delivering on our mission by providing a hybrid environment that includes in-person and virtual care for most primary care, mental health, chronic disease management and more.Tracy has been practicing in the health care industry for more than 16 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 2012, and earned her Master of Science in Nursing with an FNP specialization from Chamberlain University College of Nursing in Downers Grove, Illinois, in 2018; and is currently pursing a second Masters Degree with a concentration in Adult Gerontological Acute Care.Tracy has served in various roles, including management and administration as well as direct patient care. She also has an extensive background in emergency medicine, trauma, surgery and critical care. Originally from rural Arkansas, Tracy has a special interest in reaching underserved populations, promoting preventive care and maintaining healthy communities. She believes that health care is universal and should be readily accessible to everyone, and she works hard to bring the best services to each patient she serves. When Tracy is not working with patients, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and cooking.Tracy is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing and Emergency Nurses Association.
