Dr. Sabrina Havens is a dedicated and compassionate Doctor of Acupuncture who has devoted her life to helping and guiding others toward better health. After graduating from NYU with a degree in English Literature, Dr. Havens explored multiple career paths before discovering her true calling in the field of acupuncture. Enrolling at the New York College of Health Professions, she quickly fell in love with Acupuncture and traditional medicine, committing herself wholeheartedly to her studies. Her dedication paid off when she graduated at the top of her class with a BS/MS in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. In addition, she completed a course in Massage Therapy, further enhancing her holistic approach to patient care.
Since opening her first office in Great Neck in 2010, Dr. Havens has been a source of healing for countless individuals. Her expertise spans a wide range of health issues, including chronic and acute pain management, fertility, labor and delivery, and mental health. Her practice, Onda Blu Acupuncture, is a testament to her commitment to providing the highest quality care. Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Havens has actively worked with state and national acupuncture organizations to advance the profession, demonstrating her dedication to the field and her desire to improve healthcare practices.
In 2017, driven by her passion for self-improvement and her unwavering dedication to nurturing others, Dr. Havens returned to school to complete her Doctorate in Acupuncture at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. This achievement has further enriched her practice and reinforced her philosophy of continuous learning and growth. Onda Blu Acupuncture was conceived as a space where Dr. Havens could bring her best to her patients, creating an environment where individuals can find the healing they seek.
