What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
I find personal satisfaction with making a difference in others lives. I feel it is important to help others and as a health care provider it is a privilege to do so.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
My roll as a primary care provider is to provide preventive care and teach healthy lifestyle choices. Identify and treat common medical conditions, both physical and behavioral. It is important to meet people where they are and to help them with meeting their needs.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy traveling and exploring. Outdoor adventures bring me joy and in my free time I can be found on the river, in the mountains or on a beach with my dog, Lucy.
