Lorena Jimenez, APRN, FNP-BC is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who focuses on:

She received her undergraduate degree in Nursing in 1998 and worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) for 15 years. For most of her nursing career Lorena worked in Labor & Delivery Department, working closely with expectant mothers, newborns and their families. In 2014 Lorena completed her graduate studies from the University of Texas-Pan American and is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Her educational training has prepared her to manage both chronic and acute illnesses, provide health promotion and disease prevention strategies. She is passionate about the care of Women, Children and the Family Unit. She enjoys educating and counseling patients and their families regarding healthy lifestyles and providing educational tools. Lorena is continually involved in the evaluation of clinical practice in order to provide the highest possible quality care, patient safety, and optimal patient outcomes.
Lorena and her family live in Kingwood. She is fluent in Spanish.
