Kayla is a family nurse practitioner with a nursing background in nephrology and urology. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at the University of Georgia, Athens, and earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Georgia Regents University in Augusta, Georgia. She worked at Athens Regional for the last six years while attending the University of North Georgia to earn a Post-Master's certificate in FNP. She believes healthcare should be a joint decision made by informing patients of their different options by informing patients that they are able to make an educated decision about their health. In her free time, I enjoy running, music, traveling, and spending time with my husband and two children.
