Hello, I'm a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the Director of Advanced Practice Providers at Stella Mental Health. I am a Rush University graduate, and my doctoral degree was earned at Frontier Nursing University. I specialize in identifying innovative medical treatments and virtual therapies that can help relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD & OCD. As the head of the assessment team, my main responsibility is overseeing as well as conducting the virtual intake assessments. Based on the medical, biological, psychological, and social factors of the patients’ history, we will come up with individualized treatment recommendations across advanced protocols, including the dual sympathetic reset (an advanced stellate ganglion block), Spravato (esketamine), ketamine infusion therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), integration therapy, and psychiatric medication management.
