I believe the primary care provider not only helps facilitate health care goals of patients but also helps them achieve their mental and spiritual goals.The primary care provider uses his/her role to become to collaborate with their patient to address individual health needs. In my spare time I enjoy being active, traveling, dancing, trying new restaurants/foods with my husband, and cuddling with our dog Cooper.
