Following medical school at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Dr. Wieckowska completed a combined residency in internal medicine and family medicine and a fellowship in geriatrics, both at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Va. She is board certified in family practice and board eligible in both internal medicine and geriatrics; currently her medical practice is focused on serving adult patients. She speaks Polish and French, having studied for a year in Paris. In her spare time Dr. Wieckowska enjoys outdoor recreation such as hiking, camping and swimming.
