After serving in the United States Air Force for 27 years, I joined Mountain View Medical Group in 1996 and have been caring for patients at the Monument office ever since. I graduated from the Air Force Academy, completed medical school at the University of Colorado, and did my residency at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Over my military career, I served as a family physician, flight surgeon and residency instructor. Dr. Jaeger practices at the Monument Family Practice office at Highway 105 and I25 in Monument.
