I provide individually tailored addiction treatment to patients who need convenience, privacy, discretion and most of all to be heard. Physical dependence on drugs, like Heroin or Oxycontin can be managed with medicines like Suboxone, but finding the underlying engine of the addiction itself is the key to preventing relapse . Frequently, depression, anxiety or chronic pain are roadblocks to a successful recovery, but aren't always discovered or adequately addressed when the patient is viewed primarily as "an addict". My patients are individuals who have addiction as only one of the things affecting their lives. By actively listening, I partner with them to formulate a plan to optimize their lives so they can face their addiction problem with the best chance of success.
