Dr. Vincent W. Farhood Dr. Vincent W.Farhood is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who has been practicing the specialty for over 30 years. He retired from the US Air Force and opened his Vacaville Office in 1990. Dr. Farhood is skilled in all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery. He is an Associate Clinical Professor at Alameda County Medical Center has been involved in the training of surgery residents for the past 20 years.
