Vincent Giusti, MD, serves as chair for the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Department with MD Anderson Cancer Center Orlando. Dr. Giusti is board certified in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology as well as General Pediatrics. Dr. Giusti earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He served as an intern and resident in pediatrics at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville where he also completed a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology. Prior to joining MD Anderson - Orlando, Dr. Giusti worked for the Nemours Children's Clinic. He also served in the United States Army. He is a member of the Florida Pediatric Society, Central Florida Pediatric Society, American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Society of Pediatric Hematology Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. Dr. Giusti has served as chairman of the Pediatrics Department at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children & Women. He also has served as a member of MD Anderson - Orlando's Institutional Review Board and as chief of the pediatric oncology specialty section. His clinical interests include acute leukemia and pediatric solid tumors.
