Victor Frankel, MD is in Orthopedic Surgery. He obtained his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey at Newark. He completed his Internship and Residency program at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, New Jersey and was fellowship trained at Upstate Medical University. Dr. Frankel began his practice in 1986 and joined the staff at AtlantiCare in 2006.
