Pulmonologist Vicente Rodriguez, MD, joined Lutheran Medical Group in April 2008. Before coming to Fort Wayne, he practiced at the Respiratory Center of South Texas, first in Corpus Christi, then in San Antonio. He served as medical director of respiratory care and MICU medical director at Northeast Methodist Hospital, and he also practiced at Executive Medical Clinic in Corpus Christi and Valley Diagnostic Clinic in Harlingen. Dr. Rodriguez completed his undergraduate studies in biology at Universidad Interamericana in San German, Puerto Rico, and he earned a medical degree from Universidad de Puerto Rico in San Juan. He completed an internship, residency and pulmonary fellowship at Veterans Administration Hospital in San Juan. Dr. Rodriquez is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonology.
