Dr. Raham has been involved in the treatment of addiction for the last 10 years. He witnessed the devastating effects of addiction and drug-related crimes during his time as a physician and state medical director in the Indiana correctional system. Being a life-long resident of Connersville, IN he has personally seen the death and destruction caused by the over prescribing of opiates and the increased use of heroin. These experiences have given him the experience and strong desire to battle against this national epidemic.
