Todd W. Arends, M.D. was raised in Ilinois. He went to University of Notre Dame for undergraduate studies. He came to St. Louis and attended St. Louis University School of Medicine. After medical school he did his general surgery residency at Northwestern University Chicago, Ill. Once he finished his residency, he did an additional fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington, MA. He is board certified by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery. He began private practice in colon and rectal surgery at St. Lukes Hospital in Chesterfield, MO in 1992.
