Brief Intro

Dr. Boyek completed his undergraduate training in Biology at Wilkes University as part of a six-year accelerated training program to receive his medical degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. A General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology fellowship was completed at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He currently is board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases as well as Interventional Cardiology. He remains active in multiple clinical research trials at The Chester County Hospital. Recently, he has been instrumental in establishing a primary angioplasty program for the treatment of heart attacks (acute myocardial infarctions) at The Chester County Hospital. This primary angioplasty program is the first of it’s kind in Chester County. Dr. Boyek is the Medical Director of the Cardiac Diagnostic Interventional Catheterization Laboratories at The Chester County Hospital. He was also responsible for the establishment and development of Chester County Hospital’s first Coronary CT angiography program allowing patients to undergo noninvasive imaging of the coronary arteries. He is a partner at Chester County Cardiology Associates where he sees patients in their West Chester office.
