Timothy E. Moats was born in Phoenix, Arizona and raised in Bryan, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1986 and DDS from The Ohio State University in 1990, where he also completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry following his graduation from dental school. In 1991 Dr. Moats purchased the practice of Dr. Don Orrick and practiced in downtown Worthington for just over 20 years. In 2012 he purchased the practice of Dr. Sam Woodruff and moved to his current location.Dr. Moats is an active member of the Worthington United Methodist Church and the Dublin-Worthington Rotary Club. He and his wife, Laurie, have been married since 1988 and have two adult sons.
