Brief Intro

Thomas S. Higgins, M.D., M.S.P.H. is a board-certified otolaryngologist with subspecialty training in Rhinology (Nose and Sinus Disease) from Johns Hopkins Medical Institution.

Dr. Higgins is one of only a few fellowship-trained rhinologists (sinus specialists) in the country with advanced training in managing chronic sinusitis and sinus-related conditions. He specializes in complex and revision endoscopic sinus surgery as well as the medical/nonsurgical management of sinus disease. He has extensive experience in revision and frontal sinus surgery, as well as expanded endonasal procedures. He also manages complex sinus issues in the pediatric population.

He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Louisville, Division of Otolaryngology, Department of Surgery. He is a member of the American Rhinologic Society (ARS) and the American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy (AAOA).
