Sulochana Yalavarthi, M.D., is a board-certified, fellowship-trained radiation oncologist who specializes in treating all forms of cancer with the most advanced equipment and technology available today. She and her medical associates participate in numerous national treatment protocols, including studies with the National Cancer Institute, Radiation Therapy Oncology Group, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group and the Gynecologic Oncology Group. Dr. Yalavarthi earned her medical degree at Guntur Medical College in India and completed her internship and residency at Government General Hospital in India. She completed an additional residency at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago and fellowships with Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and the American College of Radiation/Oncology.
