Stuart L. Graves, DDS, MS Oral Surgeon With more than 35 years of experience, Dr. Graves has placed nearly 10,000 implants during his career. That experience and a desire to help people smile again combined with his ability to place patients at ease are just a few reasons he is known as a first-class oral surgeon. But outside the office, don’t be surprised if you see him enjoying a beautiful day on the golf course or looking for adventure on the water—Dr. Graves loves to wind surf! Dr. Graves received his DDS from the University of Detroit in 1972 and has held appointments at Georgetown University Hospital, Fairfax Hospital, Fair Oaks Hospital and Reston Hospital Center. He has published several articles on implant dentistry and currently lectures both nationally and internationally on practice management and advanced surgical procedures for dental implants. He is past president of the Mid-Atlantic Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and of the Implant Society of Northern Virginia, and he is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Graves joined ClearChoice in 2009.
