Dr. Welter began his practice in Novato in 1980. He practices in both an office and hospital setting, specifically Novato Community Hospital which he has helped to expand over the years. He enjoys the challenge of keeping up with advances in his specialties which include care of the medically complex adult, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia.
