Dr. Stephan Joseph Zigo III
           Stephan Joseph Zigo III was born in Silver Spring, Maryland, but grew up in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma, College of Dentistry in June of 2001. While in dental school, Dr Zigo was a recipient of a three-year U.S. Army Health Profession Scholarship. After graduation, Dr. Zigo was commissioned as a Captain in the United States Army Dental Corps and was selected for an Advanced General Dentistry residency at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma.
           Upon completion of his residency in the fall of 2002, Dr. Zigo received deployment orders to Southwest Asia as part of what would become Operation Iraqi Freedom.  During his one year deployment, Dr. Zigo served as a forward team dentist providing care for ground force combat unit 3rd Armored Calvary Regiment and it’s subordinate units. His area of operation included the Sunni triangle stronghold of Al Fallujah and Ar Ramadi.
After fulfilling his military service obligation, Dr Zigo and his wife Deborah, a dental hygienist, decided to live and practice in Tulsa. Dr Zigo purchased the practice of Dr. Marc Frazier in June of 2004. Dr Zigo and his wife have one child, Noah.
Dr Zigo is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, Tulsa County Dental Society, and the Summit Dental Study Club. Dr. Zigo enjoys golfing, biking, hunting, and fishing.
