Sean Stadtlander, M.D., believes in partnerships between doctors and patients. "It?s developing long-term relationships and talking and interacting with each other that are my favorite aspects of being a physician," he says. A good partnership can also result in better health management, he says. "When I provide educational information, my patients can act to prevent problems." A graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center ? San Antonio Medical School, Dr. Stadtlander completed his internal medicine residency program at the San Diego Naval Hospital. He is board-certified in internal medicine.Outside of his work as a physician, Dr. Stadtlander enjoys hiking, camping, gardening and wood-working.
