Dr. McHam received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Baptist University and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an Internal Medicine residency and a three year Hematology/ Medical Oncology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation at Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. McHam is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology. He is a member of the American College of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology. Dr. McHam received a merit award for his research in head and neck cancer presented at the 38th annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology in 2002.
