Sandy L. Parrott, DDS
Dr. Sandy L. Parrott, D.D.S., M.A.G.D. is a dentist in Port Huron, Michigan. His practice focuses on family, cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He also has a strong interest in and treats temporomandibular joint (TMD), myofacial pain and headaches with dental components.
Dr. Parrott graduated from Port Huron Junior College (now St. Clair County Community College) and the University Of Michigan School Of Dentistry. He then served for 2 years as a captain in the United States Army as a dentist and is a Vietnam Veteran.
Sandy has always had a keen interest in continuing education and has obtained both his Fellowship (1983) and Mastership (2000) in the Academy of General Dentistry. This required over 1500 hours of continuing education to qualify. He averages over 150 hours per year in educational pursuits.
Dr. Parrott has been a member of the Associate Visiting Faculty of the L.D. Pankey Institute, a continuing education curriculum for dentists, for 24 years and is now on the Consulting Faculty. He also completed the entire curriculum of the Pankey Institute, more than 500 hours of continuing education.
Sandy has also completed the four course program on Temporomandibular joint, myofacial pain problems at the Parker Mahan Facial Pain Center in the University of Florida School of Dentistry. He has also attended courses of the Aesthetic Advantage Cosmetic Continuum of New York University.

Dr. Parrott has presented at many dental meetings and has conducted workshops throughout the United States involving various aspects of dentistry including: cosmetics, temporomandibular joint/myofacial pain diagnosis and treatment, and dental practice administration.
Sandy lives in the Port Huron/Marysville area with his wife Carolyn. They have 4 grown children and 5 grandchildren. Dr. Parrott has been active in his church and various community endeavors.
