I am originally from Minnesota but have lived and worked in Southern California since about 1980. After completing my residency training in psychiatry at UC Irvine, I was on the clinical faculty at UC Irvine Medical Center until the opportunity arose to join Kaiser Permanente. I have been with Kaiser Permanente since 1984.
