Brief Intro

Dr. Reinhard joined the faculty of the Division of Community Medicine of the Department of Family Medicine as an Instructor in 1996. He is also the current Director of the Lancaster Healthcare Clinic. Dr. Reinhard served four years as Associate Professor of Otorhinolaryngology and Oro-Facial Plastic Surgery at PCOM and was Attending Staff Physician of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Brochoesophagology, and Oro-Facial Plastic Surgery from 1978 to 1990. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society. Dr. Reinhard participated in the Head & Neck Fellowship Program at Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo, New York from 1990 to 1992. He has served two residencies at PCOM: one in Otorhinolaryngology, from 1975 to 1978, and another in Family Practice from 1993 to 1995. Dr. Reinhard received his D.O. from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1974 and his B.A. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1962.
