Dr. Farhy was born and raised in Argentina where he graduated in 1985 from the National University of Cordoba with high honors. He came to Detroit in 1990 and developed extensive work in Vascular Research at Henry Ford Hospital where he also completed his Residency in Internal Medicine. He completed a Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic and returned to the Detroit area where he has practiced in the private setting since 1998. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases, Board Certified in Nuclear Cardiology and Board Certified in Phlebology (Vein Diseases). He has done extensive training in all the aspects of diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases, especially treatment of venous insufficiency.
