Dr. Mosers experience in the Greeley and Wallace Community Health Assessment Project in 1991 helped to shape the current medical team and medical services available in the two communities. What was once a sole provider caring for the two communities is now two physicians and two mid-levels along with physical therapy, behavioral health, patient education, and other patient services. Dr. Moser was a member of the planning committee for the addition and renovation project of the Greeley County Health Care Services, a critical access hospital. His 16 years experience in providing rural health care helped provide input from the providers point-of-view, especially in the area of providing proper patient flow from inpatient to hospital or skilled nursing to outpatient care. Also, in planning for future growth or contracture and how the facility could be adapted for its best use in either situation, a must for rural health care systems.
