Brief Intro

Dr. Laciak is a board-certified urologist. He treats many malignant and benign urologic conditions including kidney stones, and performs no-scalpel vasectomies. He specializes in enlarged prostates using minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Laciak holds two Center of Excellence designations for the treatment of an enlarged prostate using minimally invasive techniques like Rezum and Urolift. He was the first urologist in Oregon to earn this dual designation. Dr. Laciak formerly served as Chief of Surgery and Chief of Urology at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. He is an assistant professor of surgery at Western University of Health Sciences and a member of the American Urological Association. Away from the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
