Dr. Kastner’s experience includes Medical Department Head for the U.S.S. Charleston. He also served in several leadership positions at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, including Director of the Anticoagulation Clinic, and Cardiology Director/Nuclear Cardiology. Served as Assistant Cardiology Fellowship Director at Bethesda and at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
