Brief Intro

Dr. Rick Fuchs is the son of Dr. Michael Fuchs. He was born and raised in Huron, South Dakota, graduating from Huron High School in 1999. Dr. Rick attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska for his pre-dental education and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska in 2006. He completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Minnesota in 2008 and joined Fuchs Orthodontics at that time. Dr. Rick is currently President of the Southern District of the South Dakota Dental Association and President of the South Dakota Society of Orthodontists. He does extensive work for the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation as well. Dr. Rick has passed the written portion of the testing process with the American Board of Orthodontics. At this time he is working on cases to present to the Board in order to obtain full board certification.
